Greetings everyone. Its a brand new year, and it's not only a new year, but a time to start new. Time for resolutions and hopefully we keep all of our new years resolutions. I have set goals for myself, I have started a boxing class so I can get into shape and I have set a goal to get my first book published this year. If I have learned anything, its that in goal setting, you have to be specific. In losing weight, you can't just say I am going to lose weight, you need to set a specific goal such as I am going to lose 25 pounds.
