Publishing
Greetings and Salutations.
I have some wonderfully exciting news for those of you who haven't heard. I have finally found a publisher who is excited about publishing my book. I am extremely excited to be working with them. More information will be coming as it is made available. I am currently in the process of making the editing changes my editor has suggested for my book.
Now onto a non author subject. I was also extended an opportunity for a promotion and a raise at work. I took the promotion. so now I am the Night Staff Supervisor at Daniel's Academy. I am very excited about this new position and the responsibility that comes with it.
Also on a personal note, I am having a blast taking the martial arts class I am currently taking. I had a great workout today. I got to have a 1 on 1 workout with my teacher today and I learned so much. Anyway, that is about all that is going on with me.
Till next time.

The Butcher has been caught and her trial is set. She has
vowed that no matter what, she won’t be going to prison. She’s going to show
Jake and his team of detectives that it doesn’t matter if she is in prison, she
can still get to anyone and to prove this, she hires some help to throw a
wrench into the prosecution’s case by taking out some of the witnesses they
have lined up.
Jake and his team are assigned to protect the witnesses,
however The Butcher’s help gets to a few of them, so Jake and his team are
forced to rescue them. As they try to keep the witnesses safe, Ashaki, the new
A.D.A is kidnapped and tortured. Can Jake and his team find her in time to try
The Butcher’s case and put her away for the crimes she committed or will The
Butcher escape and continue to grow her criminal empire in Avalon City?

A good place to be.
Greetings and Salutations.
I would like to blog about something that touched me yesterday. I was teaching a lesson in church from a talk given by Elder Jeffrey R Holland of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles titled "Lord, I believe"
In this talk, he speaks about 3 observations he has about an account in the scriptures. The account is in Mark 9: 14-24. In this account the Savior came upon a group arguing vehemently with His Disciples. When the Savior inquired as to the cause of this contention, the father of an afflicted child stepped forward, saying he had approached Jesus' disciples for a blessing for his son, but they were not able to provide it. With the boy still gnashing his teeth, foaming from the mouth, and thrashing on the ground in front of them, the father appealed to Jesus with what must have been last resort desperation in his voice:
"If thou canst do anything," He said. "Have compassion on us, and help us.
"Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth."
"And straightway the father of the child cried out, and said with tears, Lord, I believe; help thou mine unbelief."
His first observation was that when facing the challenge of faith, the father asserts his strength first, and only then acknowledges his limitation. His initial declaration is affirmative and without hesitation: "Lord, I believe." I would say to all who wish for more faith, remember this man. In moments of fear or doubt or troubling times, hold the ground you have already won, even if that ground is limited... When those moments come and issues surface, the resolution of which is not immediately forthcoming, hold fast to what you already know and stand strong until additional knowledge comes.
This is so true. It doesn't matter how much faith you have, if you fan the flames of faith and stand strong, the more faith you wish to have will come.
Stay tuned for the next observations he gives. Till next time.
